Every action should protect the client relationship and focus on serving the real need.

No Misrepresentation

Never exaggerate services, outcomes, income, or authority inside the network.

No Circumvention

Do not bypass the system, collect direct fees, or move business outside the network.

Protect the Brand

Every conversation should strengthen confidence in Five Star Referral Network™.

Accountability Matters

Failure to follow standards may result in rejection of referrals, suspension of access, loss of commission eligibility, or removal from the network. Certification is not just training. It is a commitment to represent the network correctly.
