How the Network Works
This module explains the referral process from introduction to payment so every participant understands how value is created and how commissions are earned.
1. Need Identified
A client, family, business, or candidate has a real need that matches a Five Star network solution.
2. Referral Submitted
The referral is entered through the official system with enough information to make a proper connection.
3. Partner Engages
A qualified service partner, employer, or recruiter responds and begins the service or placement process.
4. Fee Is Collected
The company invoices and collects the referral or placement fee before any commissions are distributed.
What Counts as a Qualified Referral
A qualified referral is more than a name or casual mention. It is a real introduction submitted through the system that leads to engagement and produces business or placement value.
Incomplete information, vague leads, duplicate submissions, or bypassed introductions do not meet Five Star Referral Network™ standards.
