Most employers receive their first candidate introductions within 5–10 business days of submitting their opening. Timelines vary based on the role, location, and current market — but our advocates begin actively sourcing the moment your opening is submitted and reviewed.
If your placed candidate leaves voluntarily or is let go within the guarantee window — 60 days for management/salaried positions, 30 days for hourly/entry-level — FSRN will identify and place a replacement at no additional charge. The guarantee does not apply if the position is eliminated, significantly changed, or if employment ends due to layoffs unrelated to the individual hire.
