Ownership and Operation

Five Star Referral Network™ and Five Star Family Support Alliance™ are programs and intellectual property owned and operated by SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC.

SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC retains responsibility for the ownership, management, policies, systems, and operations of these programs.

Relationship with RGV Road to Recovery IA

RGV Road to Recovery IA is an independent organization that may collaborate with Five Star Referral Network™ and Five Star Family Support Alliance™ on approved charitable, community-support, educational, promotional, or funding initiatives.

This collaboration does not give RGV Road to Recovery IA ownership of, or operational control over, Five Star Referral Network™, Five Star Family Support Alliance™, or SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC. It also does not create a merger, joint venture, employment relationship, or general agency relationship between the parties.

Alliance Participation Pool

Ten percent (10%) of Qualified Collected Revenue may be allocated to the Five Star Family Support Alliance™ Participation Pool. “Qualified Collected Revenue” means revenue actually received and designated as eligible under the applicable Five Star program, campaign, participant agreement, or written operating policy.

Eligible Alliance participants may receive a proportional share of this pool according to their approved participation units or another allocation method established in the applicable written agreement.

For example, if ten eligible participants each hold one equal participation unit, each participant would receive one-tenth of the 10% pool. This would equal 1% of the applicable Qualified Collected Revenue for each participant.

RGV Road to Recovery IA may receive its calculated share of the Alliance Participation Pool when it is an eligible participant. Participation does not convey equity, ownership, voting rights, or management authority in SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC or its programs.

Project Funding and Administrative Services

RGV Road to Recovery IA may seek, receive, administer, or distribute funding for separately approved projects when permitted by the funding source and applicable law.

Any services funded or administered by RGV Road to Recovery IA must be governed by an appropriate written agreement, project scope, or authorization. Such funding does not transfer ownership of Five Star Referral Network™, Five Star Family Support Alliance™, or related intellectual property to RGV Road to Recovery IA.

Referral and Promotional Compensation

Five Star Referral Network™, its advocates, participating organizations, referral partners, or affiliates may receive referral fees, participation payments, commissions, administrative fees, or other compensation when permitted by an applicable written agreement and governing law.

Compensation may create a material connection between Five Star Referral Network™ and a promoted or referred organization. Recommendations and referrals should not be understood as guarantees regarding quality, availability, eligibility, employment, outcomes, or suitability.

When a specific referral, campaign, offer, or service requires an additional disclosure, that disclosure may be provided on the applicable page, form, communication, or participant agreement.

No Guaranteed Payments or Results

Participation in a program does not guarantee referrals, revenue, funding, employment, customers, contracts, or payments. Any payment is subject to the applicable agreement, eligibility requirements, actual collection of qualified revenue, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, expenses, and legal restrictions.

Separate Websites and Information Systems

Five Star Referral Network™ maintains its own forms, funnels, participant records, and operational systems through fivestarrefer.com. RGV Road to Recovery IA and its programs maintain their respective forms, records, and systems separately.

Links between these websites may be provided for informational, promotional, referral, or collaborative purposes. A link does not change the ownership or responsibility of the destination website.
