Five Star Advocates serve as trusted connectors, helping individuals and families connect with qualified professionals within Five Star Referral Network™. When a referral results in completed services, the Advocate may become eligible for referral compensation under the current program structure.
Refer People Who Need Help
Introduce individuals and families to trusted professionals who can assist with important life decisions, transitions, and service needs.
Earn Referral Commissions
When a completed referral generates revenue, eligible Advocates may earn commissions according to the Five Star Referral Network™ compensation structure.

Advocate Enrollment Requirements
- Complete and sign the Advocate Agreement
- Submit a completed IRS Form W-9
- Select and maintain an active membership subscription
- Follow the standards and policies of Five Star Referral Network™
- Provide accurate contact and enrollment information
Important: A completed W-9 must be on file before any commission payments can be issued.
