Purpose of the Network

Five Star Referral Network™ is a referral and community-connection program owned and operated by SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC. The Network helps individuals, families, organizations, employers, advocates, and service providers identify and connect with potentially helpful resources.

Referral Service Only

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Five Star Referral Network™ does not directly provide the services offered by independent businesses, professionals, employers, nonprofit organizations, ministries, agencies, or other participating providers.

A referral, directory listing, introduction, link, advertisement, recommendation, or other connection made through the Network does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, professional-client, or provider-patient relationship with SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC.

Independent Providers

Participating providers and organizations are independent and remain solely responsible for their own services, employees, representatives, licenses, insurance, qualifications, pricing, contracts, policies, representations, legal compliance, and conduct.

Five Star Referral Network™ does not supervise or control the manner in which an independent provider performs its services.

No Guarantee or Endorsement

The inclusion, promotion, or referral of a provider does not constitute a guarantee or unconditional endorsement of that provider or its services.

Five Star Referral Network™ does not guarantee:

• The quality, safety, availability, or suitability of any service;
• The accuracy or completeness of information supplied by a provider;
• Employment, admission, acceptance, approval, funding, or eligibility;
• Specific financial, legal, medical, recovery, housing, or personal outcomes;
• That a provider will meet every licensing, credentialing, or insurance requirement; or
• That a referral will result in a completed transaction or continuing relationship.

Your Responsibility

Users should independently evaluate a provider before entering into an agreement, making a payment, disclosing sensitive information, accepting employment, or receiving services.

When appropriate, users should verify a provider’s identity, references, credentials, licenses, insurance, pricing, terms, background, and current standing with the relevant licensing authority or regulatory agency.

A referral to a recovery, treatment, counseling, ministry, housing, or support resource does not guarantee admission, placement, sobriety, recovery, continued participation, housing availability, or any specific outcome.

Each service provider is responsible for determining eligibility, suitability, availability, and the terms under which its services are offered.

Employment and Business Opportunities

Job listings, employer referrals, business opportunities, contracts, and networking introductions do not constitute a promise of employment, compensation, revenue, customers, contracts, or business success.

Employers and participating businesses are independently responsible for their hiring, contracting, compensation, workplace, and legal-compliance decisions.

Referral Compensation

SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC, Five Star Referral Network™, participating advocates, organizations, or referral partners may receive referral fees, commissions, participation payments, administrative fees, or other compensation in connection with certain referrals, transactions, or programs.

This compensation may create a material connection between the Network and a promoted provider. Compensation does not eliminate the user’s responsibility to independently evaluate that provider.

This website may link to websites, forms, services, or platforms operated by third parties. Those third parties are responsible for their own websites, privacy practices, security, content, availability, and terms.

Five Star Referral Network™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services merely because a link or referral is provided.

Users may report concerns about a listed provider, referral, or Network participant through the Five Star Referral Network™ contact page. Submission of a concern does not guarantee a particular investigation, response, removal, or resolution.
